This tea mix represents the soul of Tyrebagger woods.
Fermented leaves of wild reaspberry, blackberry, blaeberry and Rosebay Willow herb plus dry heather: all of the leaves were gathered in Tyrebagger woods, Aberdeenshire. (Foraging permit available).
1. Preheat your teapot by splashing hot water inside.
2. Measure 1 tspb of dry leaves per cup and add hot water (80-90 C).
3. Cover the pot with a tea cosy or wrap in a kitchen towel and leave to brew for 5-10 min.
4. You can re-brew the leaves up to 3 times.
Store in a dry cupboard at room temperature. Use within a year since purchase.
