Rosebay Willow Herb with Mint and Oregano, 15g
A pleasant flavour of the mix is perfect for a relaxing tea party.
Picked and fermented in Aberdeenshire. 15g (makes 7-8 cup).
1. Preheat your teapot by splashing hot water inside.
2. Measure 1 tsbp of tea leaves per cupand add hot water (90-96 C).
3. Cover the pot with a tea cosy or wrap in a kitchen towel and leave to brew for 15-20 min.
4. You can re-brew the leaves up to 3 times.
Store in a dry cupboard at room temperature. Use within a year since purchase.
The leaves are fermented in my home kitchen, which is NOT an allergen-free environment.
