Kiprey tea is another name for fermented Rosebay Willow Herb tea.
Produced by Russian Herbs (Russkie Travy) - a community of farms, that have been growing, collecting and preparing herbs using old Russian traditions for over 20 years.
Kiprey tea is their speciality.
The leaves are grown, collected and fermented in a small eco-farm in Altay. Before fermenting the leaves are machine cut to ensure faster fermentation and stronger flavour.
1. Preheat your teapot by splashing hot water inside.
2. Measure 1 tsp of tea granules per cup and add hot water (80-90 C).
3. Cover the pot with a tea cosy or wrap in a kitchen towel and leave to brew for 5-10 min.
4. You can re-brew the leaves up to 3 times.
Store in a dry cupboard at room temperature. Use within a year since purchase.
