Currant state of mind, 15g

Fermented black currant leaves mixed with Rosebay Willowherb produce a unique tasting tea.

Black currant leaves are also an excellent source of vitamin C and antioxidants. 15 g, makes 6-8 cups.

Picked and fermented in Aberdeenshire.


  • Brewing Method

    1. Preheat your teapot by splashing hot water inside.

    2. Measure 1 tsbp of tea leaves per cupand add hot water (80-85 C).

    3. Cover the pot with a tea cosy or wrap in a kitchen towel and leave to brew for 15-20 min.

    4. You can re-brew the leaves up to 3 times.

  • Storage

    Store in a dry cupboard at room temperature. Use within a year since purchase.
