Winter Infusion making workshop / morning

Come along with your friends to create a warming winter infusion using local wild leaves and herbs. Choose your own spices to season mulled wine, cider or nonalcoholic winter glogg. Taste and take some home.

About the event
During the workshop we will:
- Talk about what local wild ingredients (leaves and berries) can be used in herbal infusions while enjoying a welcome drink;
- Talk about health and spiritual properties of the plants;
- Learn the rules of mixing leaves and herbs for herbal infusions;
- Use our senses to create a unique combination of leaves and herbs to infuse the drink of your choice (mulled wine, cider, etc.).
- Taste your creations.
- Take a small infusion bag home. It makes a nice present for someone you love!
The leaves we are going to use: apple tree, blackcurrant, Rosebay Willowherb, Linden, Meadowsweet, strawberry, etc.
Herbs: Rosemary, Thyme, Pineapple Sage, etc. Berries: rosehip, sea buckthorn, etc.
