Botanical Infusions Making Workshop

SLOW DOWN AND UNWIND AT OUR BOTANICAL INFUSION MAKING WORSHOP THIS SEPTEMBER. 

We will learn what leaves you can use, how to ferment them and how to mix them to create a unique herbal tea blend.

Roll, crunch, smell, mix, create, taste, connect... It can be your new hobby!

I am going to bring apple, pear, plum and blackcurrant leaves ready to roll at the workshop; lots of herbs (fresh and dried) to mix; lovely snacks to have and treats to take home.

Most of the leaves and herbs I use for my infusions are very common and available throughout the year.

You won't need to learn any new plant names or go on any special foraging quests.

We will talk about how we can use familiar plants that grow around, herbs and spices from your garden or cupboard to make unique blends that will serve you in many ways.
